About Star East

Star East is an authorized air operator holding an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), issued by the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority on 22 May 2017.

Based in Bucharest and operating from several international bases, Star East is committed to becoming one of Europe’s most customer-focused and forward-looking air operators, delivering reliable aviation services and high standards on board.

The company operates two aircraft: an Airbus A320-231 and a Boeing 737-400.

Our Training Mission

Established in 2019, Star East Aviation Training is an authorized European flight attendant training school in Romania. Our mission is to develop skilled, confident, and safety-focused cabin crew prepared for the demands of modern airline operations.

Practical Training Abroad

Star East Aviation Training is the only school in Romania offering students the opportunity to complete one month of practical training abroad, with flight ticket, accommodation, breakfast, and daily allowance included.

Cabin Crew Training

Flight Attendant Training

A structured training pathway designed to prepare future cabin crew with the safety knowledge, service mindset, and operational awareness required in a professional airline environment.

Pilot Training

A320 & Instructor Training

We can provide the following pilot training programs:

• A320 Type Rating: initial, refresher, and renewal;
• TRI/SFI: initial, refresher, and renewal.
