Star East Airline S.R.L. does not sell flight tickets, does not act as a travel agency, and does not provide ticketing, booking, or commercial intermediation services.

Any flight tickets, travel products, or commercial offers accessible through links, partners, or third-party platforms are provided exclusively by the respective third-party operators, who bear full responsibility for their accuracy, availability, pricing, and contractual terms.

Star East operates solely as an air carrier and/or technical operator, and any redirection to external booking systems or partner websites does not create a contractual relationship between the user and Star East regarding ticket sales or travel packages.

Liability For Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for the content that we publish on these pages in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation, including Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce and the general provisions of civil law.

However, as a service provider, we are not legally required to monitor information transmitted or stored by third parties, nor to actively investigate circumstances that may indicate unlawful activity, in accordance with Articles 13–15 of Law no. 365/2002.
